This topic has seen the passing of a separate law called IDEA which makes sure that children with disabilities are not neglected. It is stipulated that they should be educated in facilities which have the least amount of restriction. This will ensure that they do not feel bound in or caught. The education system is such that the parents and the authorities get together to come up with a system which ensures that all their special needs are met. The facilities which are offered may change from district to district but the quality will remain the same, ensuring the best for them.
